لحظه - Atlas - 2016-01-17

تمرین کنیم تا در لحظه زندگی کنیم ...

از جستجو در آینده و غرقه شدن در گذشته پرهیز کنیم.. تازمانیکه به فردا فکر می کنیم ، فرد ا اهمیت پیدا می کند ..در حالیکه براستی فردایی نیست ! لحظه حال تنها لحظه موجود است.

روزهای شادخود را در اندیشه فردا  ،نابود می کنیم! حتی برای شادی های خود زمان تعیین می کنیم!

لحظه ها به قدری، کوتاه است که اگر آگاهانه با آن نباشیم ، از دست خواهد رفت!

هستی در همین لحظه کاملترین است ! نباید منتظر آینده شد و یا در گذشته ماند . این لحظه یعنی کاملترین و بی نقص ترین لحظه زندگی!

بیاییم با لحظه هایمان بمانیم ، لحظه ها را جشن بگیریم ، عشق بورزیم، و یا هرطور که میخواهیم با آن پیوند بگیریم و همراه شویم.
