برای من که معتادم یک روز بدون مواد یک رویاء بود پس فقط برای امروز افکارم رابر روی بهبودیم متمرکز میکنم...

برقراری تعادل وبالانس بین پاکی وبهبودی لازم و ضروریست,یعنی به همان میزان که پاکی بالامی رود بهبودی ما نیز بالا برود.درواقع این تعادل وبالانس لازم وضروریست..

اگر بین پاکی و بهبودی فاصله بیافتد خلایی بوجود میاید که از زدن مواد بدتر است. در انجمن دو راه بیشتر نداریم یا باید بهبودی داشته باشیم یا باید بزنیم راه سومی ندارد .همسرم مصرف کننده است و هر صبح با بوی مواد او از خواب بیدار میشوم .او پاک شد وبعداز حدود سه سال لغزش کرد چون قدم کار نکرد رفتارهای امروز او از زمان مصرف بدتر شده گاهی اوقات ارزو میکنم که ایکاش پاک نمیشد چون کمتر خسارت میزد بنابر این پاکی و بهبودی باهم معنی پیدا میکند
