هفت قانون منطقی‌

۳. گذشت زمان تقریبا داروی هر دردی است؛ به زمان کمی‌ فرصت دهید.۴. کسی‌ دلیل و مسئول خوشبختی‌ شما نیست؛ خودتان مسئولید.۵. زندگی‌ خود را با دیگران مقایسه نکنید؛ ما هیچ خبر نداریم که زندگی‌ آنها برای چه و چگونه است.۶. زیاد فکر نکنید؛ اشکالی ندارد که جواب بعضی‌ چیز‌ها را ندانیم.۷. لبخند بزنید؛ شما مسول حل تمام مشکلات دنیا نیستید

وقتی وارد جلسات NA شدیم , فردی منتظرما بود 
اکنون نوبت ماست که منتظر دیگران باشیم 
به اتحاد نیاز داریم تا به فرد تازه وارد نشان دهیم 
این شیوه ی زندگی موثر است ...

اگر قرار باشد رفتار ما وابسته به خوبی دیگران باشد این دیگر خوبی نیست بلکه معامله کردن است....
میشود پروانه بود و به هر گلی نشست
اما بهتر است مهربان بود

شاید صداقت باعث شود دوستان زیادی نداشته باشی اما باعث می شود دوستانت واقعی باشند
